Dr. Neilesh Patel will hold a grand opening of his new dentistry office on Saturday, Dec. 8.
San Pablo, a general dentistry for children and teens, is located at 365 Pearson Drive, Suite 2.
The state-of-the-art, all digital, paperless dental center provides general dentistry services for children ages 1 to 20. The Center also has television sets mounted on the ceiling, plumbed nitrous oxide and oral sedation medication, which all help the children feel more relaxed during dental treatment at the Center.
Patel, who lives in San Pablo and speaks fluent Spanish, said he was motivated to start the new dental center because young children in the area had no local access to oral sedation dentistry prior to San Pablo founding.
“Many of these children had to travel all the way up to Visalia or Tulare in order to receive these services, and with gas prices being the way they have been, children simply just weren’t getting needed treatment,” Patel said.
The clinic will serve everyone from private PPO-insured patients to DentiCal children to those who are unemployed and struggling to find jobs.
The grand opening will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 8. Free dental exams, x-rays, cleanings and more will be offered to those who attend, along with free barbeque food, drinks and blood pressure screenings.
